On closer inspection – here in the final implementation plan – there are considerable differences between the Peeters house and the Citrohan house: Citrohan is separate and the Peeters house is a corner house; where in Le Corbusier all layers have the same height, Eysselinck plays with the levels; the Peeters house got a terrace off the kitchen and an extra solarium above the roof terrace; the window of the living room is only one storey high instead of two in the Weissenhof; and the Peeters house has a service lift. These interventions have made the Peeters house extremely homely.
